Welcome to the Urban Erie Community Development Corporation.  We are a progressive organization who intends to change communities one person at a time.  We are focused on building communities by providing services that have real meaning to people just like you.

UECDC provides free quality educational programming including: career counseling, community cultural events, neighborhood gardens, youth programs, Adult Basic Education, English as a Second Language (ESL) and General Education Development (GED) courses.

Our Mission is to accomplish what is greater, by increasing the capacity for economic self-sufficiency through cutting edge educational services and training; by empowering the youth to build their skills and grow to their potential; and by inspiring the community to take steps towards creating a better future for its people and organizations. We believe in the future of our community and plan to soar beyond expectations while improving the quality of life for all.
